Every subscription starts with the base feed at $149/mo flat: every qualified new Arizona filing, delivered weekly. No per-lead charges on the base.
Each add-on you switch on is billed per hit — a hit is a delivered lead where that data actually existed:
Leads missing the data are excluded from that add-on's meter entirely. No data, no charge — you never pay for blanks.
However many add-ons you run, your monthly total never exceeds $749. Big coverage month, same ceiling. The cap is applied before every invoice.
Invoices go out monthly and show the base plus hits × rate per add-on, counted across that month's weekly deliveries. Invoices come from Tillman Builds Tech (via our accounting system) and are due on receipt unless we've agreed otherwise.
Dead email or disconnected phone? Report it within 14 days of the delivery and approved credits come off your next invoice as a credit note — no forms beyond the one report, no argument. Reports are reviewed within 2 business days.
Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Service runs to the end of the paid month; the base fee for the current month isn't prorated, and add-on hits already delivered stay billed. We'll confirm every cancellation in writing.
If a payment fails we'll retry and email you. Deliveries pause after 14 days past due and resume when the account is current — your configuration and history are kept.
