Privacy Policy

Last updated September 14, 2026 · This covers your data as our customer. The business records we sell come from public filings — that's the product, not this policy.

What we collect

• Contact & account: name, work email, company, the vertical you sell to, order configuration, notes you send us.
• Billing: invoice history. Card details are processed by our payment provider / accounting system — we don't store full card numbers.
• Support: bad-data reports and correspondence.

Why we use it

To deliver your feed, meter and invoice add-ons, issue credits, support you, and meet tax/accounting obligations. Nothing else.

Where it lives

Customer records live in our database (Supabase) and our CRM/accounting system (Odoo). Both are access-controlled; the public site can only submit forms, never read customer data back.

What we don't do

No sale of your personal data. No third-party trackers on the marketing site — the only thing stored in your browser is a theme preference and (pre-launch) your own mock order drafts. No email marketing beyond launch/transactional mail unless you opt in.

Your rights

Ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at [email protected]. We'll answer within 30 days. Tax and accounting law may require us to keep invoice records after you cancel.

Changes

Material changes get a new date above and, for active customers, an email. Continued use after 14 days is acceptance.
