Fledgling Leads delivers enriched Arizona business-formation records: a $149/mo base feed of qualified new filings plus optional per-hit contact add-ons (email, phone, domain), capped at $749/mo. Deliveries are weekly by CSV or API. Full billing mechanics live on the Billing page.
Give us accurate contact and billing details and keep them current. You're responsible for activity under your account, including who you share deliveries with inside your company.
Records start from Arizona Corporation Commission public filings and are enriched from third-party sources. Coverage is never 100% — that's exactly why add-ons are per-hit. We don't warrant that any record is complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Bad-data credits are handled under Billing § Bad data credits, not as damages.
By subscribing you authorize us to charge the base plus metered add-ons per the Billing page, up to the cap. Late accounts may have deliveries paused per that page.
Cancel anytime per the Billing page. We can suspend for non-payment or misuse, with notice where practical.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
